All SOUTHWORKS personnel, understand and consent-freely, expressly and informedly- that, in the course of their professional relationship with SOUTHWORKS, their personal data or other information related to their employment and / or profession, may be collected, processed, stored and / or transferred by SOUTHWORKS, its related companies or through third parties, for administrative, educational, statistical, legal, fiscal, accounting, internal audit, compliance and reporting purposes.
Based on the above, all personnel accept, understand and consent - freely, expressly and informedly - that SOUTHWORKS may disclose and transfer the said personal data and information to third parties inside and outside the country, in order to fulfill the purposes indicated in the above paragraph. This could include transferring and storing such data and information anywhere in the world, including transferring to countries that do not provide adequate levels of protection.
All personnel, understand and consent - freely, expressly and informed - that SOUTHWORKS transfers, if necessary, their personal data or other information related to my employment and / or profession, to third parties, such as legal, tax or regulatory authorities - whether they are local, foreign or multilateral-, accountants, auditors, lawyers, and other external professional advisers in any of the countries in which SOUTHWORKS operates, and to third parties that provide products or services to SOUTHWORKS (including, without limitation, payroll, pension schemes, benefits providers, human resources services, performance management, service providers and computer systems support, third parties who assist in compensation programs or other outsourcing providers, among others).
Finally, all personnel accept, understand and consent that both the equipment that has been given to them by SOUTHWORKS and their business email, constitute a work tool, and its use for personal purposes is prohibited. They must declare that they do not have any type of privacy expectation about them, even when SOUTHWORKS would have given them the ability to set passwords under its Information Security policies, and therefore, all SOUTHWORKS personnel accept, understand and consent that SOUTHWORKS can -a its sole discretion- control the said equipment, collect, process, transfer and / or delete the data and information stored there (including, without limitation, personal data), as well as electronic correspondence of their business email.
SOUTHWORKS will adopt preservation and security of information measures required by applicable regulations, in order to guarantee an adequate level of confidentiality, security and protection of personal data.
As the legitimate owner of personal data, all personnel expressly declare to know their rights under personal data protection applicable regulations, especially the right of access, rectification and / or erasure of my personal data that may be stored in SOUTHWORKS databases, as well as exceptional cases established in the regulation.
